Delivery and Returns
What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery – Royal Mail (£2.99) (FREE on orders over £30) Orders to most of the UK will arrive within 2-3 working days.
Special Delivery Next Day – Royal Mail (£7.99) (FREE on orders over £70) Orders place before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Standard delivery – Royal Mail Standard Airmail (£5.99). This method is non-trackable. Most parcels will reach their destination within 6-8 working days, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.
Standard delivery – Royal Mail Standard Airmail (£9.99). This method is non-trackable. Most parcels will reach their destination within 1-2 weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 2 working days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or bank holidays. If there is a delay with your order will we contact you to let you know.
My order is late?
We endeavor to get your orders to you in the outlined timescale but sometimes this is out of our control.
Your parcel may be awaiting collection at your local Post Office, delivery depot or you may need to rearrange delivery. The instructions on your delivery card should explain how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
If the estimated delivery date has passed and there is no relevant information please contact customer services.
What happens if I’m not in to sign for my parcel?
Depending on your courier they should leave you a card or send you a text message. You can then arrange a redelivery or collection. If a redelivery or collection is not arranged it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage will have to be paid.
Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
What are EU countries?
EU countries are those specified below, which qualify for EU delivery fee. These may differ to those usually specified by location and law.
EU Fee Countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary. Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.
Items must be returned within 7 working days (UK), and 10 working days (International) after delivery to be eligible for return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items on Sale
Underwear, Swimwear, Socks and Tights.
(This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the original barcodes attached. Items that do not meet these criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied.
We cannot offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.
How to Return
Please enclose your order number and name inside the returns package and send with your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
